Payment, prices and delivery

We accept payments through PayPal. You don't need to own PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You can use MasterCard, Visa, American Express or, of course, your own PayPal account to pay via the secure PayPal system.

Due to fact that all of our products are handmade by us, delivery times may vary.

Shipping charges to EU area are 15 euros and outside EU 20 euros. Orders are sent via Itella.

All our prices include VAT 22%. When ordering outside EU area, VAT will be deducted from the prices. Outside EU your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.

Returns

Because our products are handmade, they can be returned only if the product has a flaw that was caused when making the product or in delivery. In these cases please contact us immediately by email () when you receive your product.

When taking measurements please be meticulous because we do not accept returns if the cloth was wrong size because of measuring error.

Personal details

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never pass your personal or order details to any other third party. We only use your information to provide you a safe and efficient shopping experience.

Wholesale

We do wholesale with other companies. Contact us by email and include your company's name, address and VAT number to get an offer.
